Apologies!

Apologies for the current disruption to normal service. I am ill with a nasty cold and have lost my voice. This meant that I had to cancel Beach Body Boot Camp at Blakedown Sports Ground at very short notice this morning. Text messages were sent to all regular Beach Bodies, but if you turned up at the pavillion this morning only to find the class not running, I can only apologise.

Normal service will be resumed next week: Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am both days.

Come and have a go if you think you’re hard enough (which I’m definitely not at the moment!) …

… and even if you don’t – all welcome!

PERSONAL TRAINING - BEACH BODY BOOT CAMPS - FITNESS INSTRUCTION

Atalanta Fitness Training provides fully insured, registered and licenced, safe and effective personal training and fitness instruction at home, in the outdoors, or at the gym.

Based in the Stourbridge, UK, area, training is provided on a one-on-one basis, two-on-one or in small groups. One-off general training/sports-specific training programmes/schedules are also available which can be tailored to one's needs, lifestyle and can incorporate any existing training.

Atalanta Fitness Training also runs popular Boot Camps in the area. These are outdoor fitness circuits/boot camp style training sessions for men and women. Currently running at Blakedown Sports Ground, Hagley Playing Fields, and Cutnall Green Memorial Ground.

Diet analysis and nutritional advice is also available on request or as part of a comprehensive training programme.
